I received an offer from BrowserStack. I have 1.6 years of full stack development experience. The offer is 17.5 LPA CTC, with 15.5 LPA fixed. I attempted to negotiate, but HR stated this is the maximum hike they can offer. I am from a tier-3 college and currently have no other offers. I am seeking advice on whether this is a fair deal and if I should attempt another negotiation.
