I received an offer for a Full Stack Engineer II role at Booking Holdings in Bengaluru. My base salary is 69 LPA, which includes PF. I will also receive RSUs valued at $20,000 USD, vesting over 3 years. A joining bonus of 5 Lakhs is included. An annual bonus of 15% of the base salary is part of the compensation package. I previously worked for a remote-based company. I accepted this offer, even though it was lower than my expectations, to move away from a toxic culture at my previous organization.
