Software engineering salaries

I have an offer for SSE from Avalara. My fixed salary is 34 LPA. I also receive a bonus of 3.4 LPA. Additionally, I get a Joining Bonus of 3 LPA for the first year. The role is remote. I note that Glassdoor/Ambitionbox reviews for Avalara are bad. However, the work and tech stack look better.

Current position - Software Engineer (Getting a promo this year but increment is expected to be very less (<10%, may be somewhere between 5-6%)). Current ctc : 15.5 lpa - base : ~13.3 lpa - annual bonus : 1.5 lpa (based on performance, usually cuts a lot on this). - Pf : 21k - remaining (gratuity, insurance etc) Offer - Postion - Software Engineer CTC : 20 lpa - base : ~17.7 lpa - fixed bonus : 95k - PF : 91k - remaining (gratuity, insurance etc) - no relocation and joining (tried asking, they outright said they have other candidates who are willing to take the job in lesser salary)

Need Community Suggestions | Avalara Years Of Experience - 2 Current Organisation - A Mid-Sized Product based company Current CTC ~ 11 LPA(fixed) + 3LPA (Other Component) Offer- Company - Avalara Location - Pune CTC offered - 18(fixed) + 1.5 Joining Bonus I am not sure about the company, Should i join this company? I believe the offered CTC is less, What's your thought on this point ? Any suggestions on joining this organisation and about CTC negotiation ? Note - This was not any walk-in drive, HR reached me out via phone and scheduled the virtual interview rounds (DSA/LLD + HLD + HM)
