Got the offer in Apr 2024 Background: IIT, 3 years 2021 grad Previous TC: 21lpa (Fixed) Base : 27 lacs Retirals : 2.26 lacs RSUs: 35K USD over 4 years Sign On Bonus: 5 lacs Anniversary Bonus : 4lacs Total TC first year : 45-46 lacs I was able to get these numbers as I aggresively negotiated and had a counter offes, Arista's typical offer was ~ 32lpa for my YOE. Arista is a good company to work for (2 Days WFO+ Good WLB) and has good employee benefits such as ESPP. They have started to pay really good in the past few years. I declined the offer as I had other offers lined up. Advise : Always mention counter offers in negotiation, Never let your previous TC be a barrier for your offer.

Education: B.Tech from NIT Total Exp: 3 Years in Qualcomm , 2+ Years in TI Total YOE: 5 Years I have attached the comp details in the image. For CTC arista is not considering my stocks in TI since none of the stocks are going to vest in 2025. In TI Stocks vest after 4 years. I got 10K during joining which will vest in 2026, I got another 62K this year which will vest in 2028. Arista\'s comp for 1st year looks good, but If I consider four years down the line, switching doesn\'t make any sense. I have asked for 42 Base and 60K USD Stocks from Arista but the HM told that, it will not be possible. I did some negotiation, the initial offer was 38 Base and 40K USD stocks. My major ask is the base. I need 20-30% jump on the base, where as Arista is only able to give 13.17% hike. No other offers.
