My base salary offer is ₹37 LPA. I am offered a performance bonus of 15%, which is approximately ₹5.5 LPA. There is a one-time joining bonus of ₹2.5 L. I received RSUs totaling $20k, with 25% vesting in the first year, which is approximately ₹4.17 LPA for the first year (assuming 1 USD = 83.3 INR). The role is fully remote.
