Software engineering salaries

My offer from Agoda in Bangkok is for a Staff Engineer role. My base salary is 2.6 million THB. I also receive a bonus of 600k THB, a sign-on bonus of 220k THB, and ~100k THB for WFH setup and other benefits. Relocation support, flight tickets, and accommodation for a month are provided. The tax is a flat 15% under the BOI program. I have 10+ years of experience.

I received an offer for Senior Software Engineer (IC3) at Agoda in Bangkok. My experience is 6 years. The compensation includes 185,000 THB gross monthly. I also get a 19% annual target bonus and other benefits.
